The food was amazing, service took a little long due to high volume of customers but that’s understandable! Because it was my birthday, we asked if we could get the spoon and we were able to buy it!! Best birthday gift! Very grateful for management ❤️

Got Food to go so I cannot tell you about service or atmosphere but the food was absolutely delicious. Got home and food was still piping hot. Packages perfectly. The tofu ramen was delicious! Called the Buddha and the ramen Spicy Miyagi with the pork belly I do recommend! Entrance is right before the laundromat, don’t blink or you’ll miss it.

Hands down best ramen in town. Everything on the menu is great but the star of the show is the ramen. It's a decent serving of noodles and broth, just about enough to satisfy most people. Their menu is very focused with little options to choose from but, I have not ordered something I haven't liked. The only real issue (small one at that) is their selection of drinks as there really isn't anything to choose from aside from whatever is available that day.

No doubt the Best Japanese Ramen restaurant in Laredo. The Japanese noodles are authentic. I Talk to the owner and She's very sweet and dedicated to get the recipes right.

Love love, love Ramen Kai Noodles. This was my first time trying their food, and I really enjoyed everything. It was the best experience, can't wait to go back and try a different dish. The steamed buns 😍 👌🏽 ooohweee! Better stay, loved them the most!

Great Ramen place, as starter we got the Pork Rangoons which taste great (although they have just a little of the filling but it's ok if you're going for a full ramen). As per the ramens, we ordered the Spicy Miyagi (which I do not recommend if you're not into Spicy food) as well as the Buddha one (vegan) and both were extremely good. The broth was flavorful in the two of them, also the portions were big (we went for the full dish). Love the fact that you can order either half dish or full one. The place is not so big but they have a few tables to dine in. I highly recommend this place, it's one of the best ramen places I've tried in Laredo.

I came in about 20 minutes before close, just to pop in and get something to-go. The girl who took my order was really nice when answering my questions and efficient taking my order. She explained to me what the options were since the kitchen was in the process of closing, I was able to get a Tonkotsu ramen which is what I came there to try. I waited about 10 minutes and when I got my order I didn’t even check it because I was sure they got it right. And they did! The Miyagi ramen was delicious, I prefer my egg and chasu to be on the slightly sweet and savory side and they were both perfect. The eggs were well seasoned and the perfect texture, and the broth was flavorful. Every element was very good and I enjoyed this as a Tonkotsu lover! I will be back again :) I’ll also add that I appreciate the noodles being separate so they don’t get soggy, very helpful design for the to-go option!
